Mac's Full Drag Pack is the ideal solution for getting your dragster from the garage to the track and back again safely. Whether you need anchor points or your trailer already has proper hardware installed, we have an option for you!
With two size options for the Rear Spreader Bar Nets, we have a Drag Pack that fits both a Classic Dragster as well as a Nostalgia Dragster.
- Dragster Nets - includes 12" spreader bars; fits rear tire sizes ranging from 31" to 35" tall.
- Nostalgia Nets - includes 9" spreader bars designed for narrower tires; fits rear tires between 29" to 33" tall.
Rear Spreader Bar Nets
Using a single strap on a rear oversized, soft dragster tire can damage the tire in transit. The Mac's Rear Spreader Bar Nets are built with two (2) billet aluminum spreader bars that disperse the load and eliminate a center groove left on the tire by a standard single strap. The Rear Spreader Bar Nets feature a Twisted Snap Hook on the fixed end and a Direct Hook Ratchet for tensioning.
Front Drag Nets
Though not all racers will tie down the front of the car, there's an option available if you do. Mac's Front Drag Nets are built from our 1 inch webbing and fit perfectly over the front tires to ensure the front of the vehicle stays stationary.

Front Drag Nets with Single Studs
If you choose to purchase the Full Drag Pack with Anchor Points, the Front Drag Nets will feature a VersaTie Single Stud Tie-Down Ring sewn directly to the ends of the net, making securing it with the VersaTie anchor plates a snap. The ring freely swivels to prevent binding and ensures good load alignment. The Single Stud Tie-Down Ring is comprised of a cadmium plated alloy steel stud, an anodized aluminum body and a stainless steel ring, ensuring years of trouble-free use.

Front Drag Nets with Flat Snap Hooks
If you choose the option without Anchor Points, the Front Drag Nets come with a Flat Snap Hook system that consists of spring-loaded captive hooks at each end. This attachment style offers the advantage of preventing the strap from disconnecting even when slack develops. This makes securing cargo easier and is an added measure of safety for the journey.
Flat Snap Hooks can be used with most anchor points (e.g., D-Rings) or track systems (e.g., VersaTie, E-Track, etc.), provided the hard points and fittings support the load requirement.

Recessed D Rings (M801)
An industry standard, this 6,000 lb. capacity D-Ring lifts from the recess for easy use. Zinc plated for corrosion resistance.
Recess hole size: 3 1/2"; Depth: 7/8", Bolt hole size: 3/8"
Coordinating backing plates are laser cut from 1/4"-thick steel. Together these two pieces provide a rock-solid anchor point for the rear spreader bar nets.

VersaTie Anchor Plates
Each anchor plate assembly is designed to a 3,000lb Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS) in vertical pull and a 2,000lb MBS at 45° (Recommended working load is 1/3 MBS). The tie-down ring freely swivels to prevent binding and ensure good load alignment.
The tie-down ring in this application will be attached to the Front Drag Net and when removed leaves only the smooth contoured black anodized anchor plate.
Easy Release Ratchet
The easy release ratchet handle eliminates any adjustment stickiness
Recent design changes to our ratchet handles make them better than ever! The strap mandrel is now free-wheeling, eliminating any "stickiness" common when adjusting most other ratchets.
The one piece handle and addition of mandrel caps makes this handle 40% more rigid and keeps debris out of the moving parts.

We carefully sew and assemble each tie-down strap in our Sandpoint, Idaho shop, allowing us to retain a level of quality that is often lost when manufacturing is outsourced. Plus, we feel good about creating American jobs!
