A heavy-duty tie down solution designed specifically for your UTV / Side by Side

The weight of a UTV (side by side) demands a more robust tie down solution than a standard 1" utility strap can offer. Our UTV Tie Down Pack provides you with this increased holding capacity, but at a cost far lower than that of a car tie down kit.

These straps are built with the same high-quality strap material used in our premium auto straps, so you get the improved chafing and UV resistance. Plus, you get our patented Direct Hook ratchet, which makes loading and unloading your vehicle a breeze.

On the fixed end of the strap, we've integrated our adjustable combo axle strap, to make it easy to tie down to A-arms or through your wheels. It can even be used as a straight pull hook-to-hook.

Strong and Dependable

Mac's UTV (Side by Side) Tie Down Pack includes four 8 foot long straps, each rated to a 5,000 lb Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS), giving you plenty of safety margin.

Macs uses the highest quality strap material available, significantly improving chafing and UV resistance over "standard" straps.

Our Patented Ratchet Moves the Action Out from Under the Vehicle

The patented Direct Hook ratchet, found on the adjustable end of each strap, eliminates the segment of strap typically seen between the ratchet and the hook. Our design attaches the hook directly to the ratchet handle, moving the metal away from your UTV and closer to the attach point on the trailer. You get superior access and a shorter draw down length.

Easy Release Ratchet

Recent design changes to our ratchet handles make them better than ever! The strap mandrel is now free-wheeling, eliminating any "stickiness" common when adjusting most other ratchets.

The one piece handle and addition of mandrel caps makes this handle 40% more rigid and keeps debris out of the moving parts.

Optional Chain Extensions for Stake Pockets

Using a standard hook configuration on a stake pocket is asking for trouble, since it takes the hook 90 degrees out of the line of force for which it was designed. Select the chain extension option to safely tie down to a stake pocket if your trailer doesn't have D-rings. With chain extensions, you can pull in any direction while maintaining the 10,000 lb load capacity.

Convenient Storage

Your Mac's UTV (Side by Side) Tie Down Pack comes with Macs Strap Wraps. Use these to neatly hold excess strapping in place after the vehicle is secured.

And when you've arrived, use the strap wraps to bundle each strap for storage in the included Mac's Large Canvas Tool Bag. The tough canvas body of this bag is ready to handle your tie down hardware. The bag now includes a heavy duty, large-lug zipper that is easily grasped when wearing gloves.

An internal frame has been added to support the bag when it's open, making the contents more accessible. The generous interior is large enough to hold a complete set of 2" tie downs, with room to spare.

The integral handles are made of black webbing that wraps around the bottom for better weight support and a hook-and-loop strap wraps around the handles to keep them together for easy transport.

We carefully sew and assemble each tie down strap in our Sandpoint Idaho shop, allowing us to retain a level of quality that is often lost when manufacturing is outsourced. Plus, we feel good about creating American jobs!
